Busy market continues in the Okanagan.
Hi, I’m The Flying REALTOR®
Randy Rauck, Licensed Real Estate Agent
Welcome to North Okanagan, BC!
I really enjoy helping people market, sell, and find properties in the Okanagan Valley, especially beachfront properties. Of course, I also enjoy flying hang gliders, ultralight aircraft, airplanes, and amphibious float planes and playing music for fun!
A surprise to some, this year has been very busy with people relocating to more rural areas from the lower mainland, Alberta, and other provinces. I’ve been happy to work with them to find them just the property they need. For information on the local market, click to read my newsletter and subscribe to receive them in future.
If you’re relocating out our local market, such as Vernon, Lumby, Cherryville, Lavington, Coldstream etc, let us set you up on auto-email to see properties as soon as they come on the market. Then just call me to view.
Here’s 3 easy steps to get started in home hunting:
Get my App and use it whenever you see a for sale sign anywhere in the Okanagan Mainland region!
Let me know the type of house you’re looking for and I’ll make sure you are notified every time a match comes on the market! Call me at 250-307-7553
If you want to see what’s on the market right now, enter the type of home you’re looking for in the form to the right and it will pull all the latest listings that fit!
Selling your property
I’ve also been proud to work with home sellers this year with rural, farms, beachfront, river front, rural and homes in communities up and down the valley. If you’re thinking of selling give me a call to discuss a marketing strategy, photo/drone options, timing and listing price. I look forward to hear from you. Its good to plan ahead even if you’re looking at listing in the spring. I can give you some tips on what buyers are looking for to make your property even more attractive to buyers.
About the Okanagan
The Okanagan basin an area known for its lakeshore communities and retirement lifestyle, as well as its tourist and recreation-based economy. You’ll find many vineyards here, as well as people enjoying hiking, skiing, boating, watersports, paragliding, an hang gliding, I sport I’ve enjoyed here since the mid-70s .
Though the Okanagan is known for its dry landscapes and sunny climates, the northern area has more precipitation and is often a bit cooler than the south..
